The Jumpstart January Early Completion Campaign is now on!
Are you up for a little healthy competition? The MassAchieve team is challenging you to complete all your statewide required trainings before January 31, 2026 - and if you do, you’ll be entered into a random drawing for fun prizes!
- Who’s eligible? All active Commonwealth Executive Department employees who complete their HRD-assigned trainings in MassAchieve by January 31. If you’ve already finished your required trainings, you’re already in the running - no extra steps needed!
- What counts? You must fully complete each of your HRD-assigned trainings as listed on your MassAchieve transcript by the end of day on January 31, 2026.
- Who’s not eligible? Contractors, interns, independent agency/commission staff, and other Commonwealth partners are excluded.
The random drawing will be held on February 5, 2026 and you don’t need to be available that date to win. Winners will be notified by your secretariat learning administrator. Prizes for each random winner will include a Commonwealth branded umbrella, white reusable bag, portable charger, and lanyard.
Secretariat winners will be posted here and on the mass.gov/MassAchieve website the last week of February. Thanks for making your training a priority.
