A new data tool is available to the public that shares Massachusetts health data by city/town, rural cluster, county, and state.

We are pleased to announce that the PHIT Team has updated its Community Health Data Tool. The NEW tool allows the public to build data reports with hundreds of health and social determinant of health data indicators and create layered data maps - both at the city/town, county, or rural cluster level. Users can also view data for the state overall.
