PITTSFIELD — An Adams man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges. 26 year old WES F. OUIMET (79 Park Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
OUIMET had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN, one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 bail.
The charges stem from his arrest in North Adams on April 26, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
