Per SECTION  61 of Chapter 228 of the Acts of 2018, the Special Commission issued a report, “A Review of Barriers and Recommendations: Report of the Commission to Plan, Develop, and Implement Strategies to Support and Promote Minority-Owned Real Estate and Financial Services Organizations in the Commonwealth” which can be found here.
