PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on a mayhem charge. 38 year old MICHAEL D. ROSE appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.

ROSE had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of MAYHEM. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without the right to bail.

The charges stem from an assault in Pittsfield involving a 50 year old man which allegedly occurred on November 29, 2017.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
