News  Supreme Judicial Court Clerk's Office for the Commonwealth Offering E-Filing Clinic for Self-Represented Litigants

BOSTON, MA — The Supreme Judicial Court Clerk's Office for the Commonwealth is offering a weekly e-filing clinic for self-represented litigants seeking to file an application for further appellate review.

Clerk's office staff will provide guidance about:

  • how to register for e-filing
  • how to set up payment and waiver accounts
  • how to e-file using a high speed scanner to upload documents

Visitors to the clinic are welcome to bring one (1) copy of their application or any motions and will have the opportunity to e-file their papers at the same time.

Wednesdays from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.

Self-represented litigants may also register to e-file at http://www.efilema.com/ and may review the self-help guides and videos posted there.
