The Department of Family and Medical Leave has launched the Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) Contact Center. The Contact Center is available for any PFML claimants and employers with questions about PFML benefits, protections, and eligibility.

Claimants may begin applying for and taking most types of paid leave beginning on January 1, 2021.
