The Human Services and Home Health Workers Student Loan Repayment Board was established in December 2021 with Governor Baker signing into law Chapter 102 of the Acts of 2021. The Council is comprised of representatives from the human services sector. Council members are charged with developing recommendations related to: (i) eligible workers; (ii) recipient income requirements; (iii) loan repayment assistance levels; and (iv) work commitments necessary for eligibility.
