Privacy and Data Compliance Office (PDCO)

We work with the DPH workforce to ensure compliance for privacy laws in areas such as access, collection, classification, and maintenance. We develop trainings, resolve privacy complaints, and publish procedures. We also train a network of privacy specialists who, together, work with the Office to create an environment where all employees understand their responsibility to protect confidential information.
