Panel on Justice-Involved Women

The Panel shall review and report on the impact of Chapter 69 of the Acts of 2018 and make recommendations on gender-responsive and trauma-informed approaches to address the pretrial, incarceration, and rehabilitation needs of justice-involved women.

The panel shall review and consider improvements including, but not limited to, family visitation policies, available reproductive health care, gender-specific, pretrial services and programming offered within correctional institutions and post-release transitional assistance and supports for women.
