Abigail Vladeck
Abi is the Director of Public-Private Development Projects at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), where she oversees projects that leverage the value of underutilized state-owned real estate to meet various asset management and policy objectives. Abi came to DCAMM from Governor Charlie Baker’s office, where she was the Program Director for Real Estate Assets overseeing the Open for Business program, to make better use of state-owned property. Prior experience includes several years at Boston City Hall, first as a Boston Urban Mechanics Program Fellow under Mayor Tom Menino, then as a Special Assistant in capital planning in the Office of Budget Management, where she helped shape the City’s five-year, $1.8 billion capital plan. Abi has also worked in the non-profit world on civic engagement and advocacy campaigns.
Abi holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s in Literature from Yale.
