Allison Lamey

Deputy Commissioner, Office of Finance and Administration

Allison Lamey joined the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in 2025 as the Deputy Commission of Finance and Administration.  Prior to joining DCAMM she was the Executive Director of the Lowell Plan and the Lowell Development & Financial Partnership, supporting economic development in the city of Lowell through public-private sector collaboration and creative financing.  Allison started her career in municipal planning, with a focus on economic and community development.  During much of this time she managed state and federal grant programs that supported a variety of public services, infrastructure projects, affordable housing development and small businesses.  

Allison received both a Masters Degree in Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
