Jeffrey Dill

Director of Property Operations

Jeffrey Dill has more than 20 years of experience in both public and private construction, maintenance, and project management. In his current position, Jeff is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of 5.5 million square feet of active buildings and 2,500 acres of surplus property.  He supervises a staff of approximately 80 facilities, trades and professional personnel.   Prior to joining DCAMM, Jeff worked as an Operations and Infrastructure Specialist for the Commonwealth’s Human Resource Division, and he worked in the City of Haverhill serving as the Facility Director and Energy Manager for the city and the Haverhill Public Schools. In Haverhill he also served as project manager for several School and City projects including the $34M renovation of Haverhill High School.

During his time working for the City of Haverhill, Jeff was a member of the Massachusetts Facility Administrators Association where he sat on the Board of Directors and the MFAA Training Committee. With a passion for promoting building efficiency, he also served on the City of Haverhill Mayor’s Energy Task Force. He is a graduate of the Commonwealth’s CORE Management Program.
