Procedural order

In all criminal cases pending in the Suffolk Superior Court, the attorney for the Commonwealth (assistant district attorney or assistant attorney general) shall file with the Court at the Pretrial Hearing (half-way point.in the case according to Superior Court Standing Order 2-86), an ·omnibus Certificate of Compliance with regard to pretrial discovery. The Certificate of Compliance shall be in two parts. Part I shall set forth discovery that has been provided pursuant to Mass. R. Crim. P.14 or by court order. Part II of the Certificate shall set forth, with particularity, items of discovery not yet provided, the reason why such discovery has not been provided, and the earliest reasonable date when it shall be produced to the defendant.

This Procedural Order shall take effect January 6, 2014.
