Regulation  310 CMR 77.00: Collection & Recycling of Mercury-Added Thermostats

This regulation requires makers of mercury-added thermostats to implement collection programs for out-of-service units, thermostat wholesalers to serve as collection sites, and collected units to be properly managed and recycled.

Current Regulation

These regulations took effect in April 2019.
