Candidate Statements

1. Beth McGlory

I am a current Massachusetts State Employee with service to the Commonwealth for more than 30 years.  I have been with the Department of Youth Services my entire career working within hardware secure facilities as a Program Director.  I am looking to be elected to the Board as a way to impact decision making from a different vantage point.  I am thoughtful, honest and transparent person looking to serve my colleagues across State Government.

2. Theresa F. McGoldrick, Esq. (Incumbent)

National Executive Vice President NAGE and Attorney for DOR/CSE. I am running for reelection to the State Retirement Board to continue being “your” representative on the Board.  With my experience on the Board, I will continue to protect our pension fund during these volatile economic times and work to defeat detrimental pension reform legislation.  Now, more than ever, we need a voice to protect our pension from legislation designed to take away our hard earned benefits.  I ask for your vote to continue to be “your” voice and to fight to protect your pension. Thank you.
