Eligibility
All Massachusetts children from birth up through the age of six years with growth problems can be referred for an evaluation and treatment by their primary care providers.
Team Players
The multidisciplinary team usually includes a physician, dietitian, nurse, social worker, and/or case manager. Some clinics may offer additional services such as feeding groups and home visiting services.
