The Commissioner of Probation’s Press Office represents the Massachusetts Probation Service (MPS), the Office of Community Corrections (OCC), and the Massachusetts Trial Court Community Service Program, an OCC initiative.

The Press Office — managed by a Communications Director — provides public information to local, national, and international media outlets, as well as the general public. The Director arranges and conducts interviews to ensure that the media and general public receive timely and accurate information about probation-related activities, programs, and services.
