GIC Member Payments

There are three ways that you can submit a payment to the GIC: 

You may submit your payment online using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or debit card. (There is a 2.35% non-refundable convenience fee for processing payments online)

ACH - Submit your payment online directly from your bank to the GIC. Contact your bank for more information.

MAIL - Make payments out to "Group Insurance Commission" and mail to PO Box 417459, Boston, MA 02241-7469 (do not mail cash).

MyGICLink Member Benefits Portal - If you are a State and Municipal employee and are registered for MyGICLink, you can use the portal to make payments directly to your member benefits account.

The GIC will not take payments over the phone
