GIC Member Payments

There are three ways that you can submit a payment to the GIC: 

State and Municipal employees can use the MyGICLink Member Benefits portal to make payments directly from their member benefits account.

If you do not have access to MyGICLink, submit your payment online using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or debit card. (There is a 2.35% non-refundable convenience fee for processing payments online)

ACH - Submit your payment online directly from your bank to the GIC. Contact your bank for more information.

MAIL - Make payments out to "Group Insurance Commission" and mail to PO Box 417459, Boston, MA 02241-7469 (do not mail cash).

The GIC will not take payments over the phone
