About the Advisory Council

The Healthcare Workforce Advisory Council appointed by the Governor consists of representatives of various disciplines and affiliations as mandated in the legislation. Each serves a three-year term. The Council is designed to give wide ranging and detailed perspectives in regards to issues facing health care workforce recruitment and retention.
