Important Contribution Remittances Notice

Please be informed that the Massachusetts State Retirement Board ("MSRB") offices are closed until further notice.

Dear Payroll Administrators:

Please be informed that the Massachusetts State Retirement Board ("MSRB") offices are closed until further notice. Please check back periodically for any updates.

MSRB staff continue to work remotely. Email and voicemail are being monitored and responded to each day. Please continue to submit your employee and employer contribution remittances to be posted to members' accounts. The U. S. Post Office mail is being received intermittently and Board staff will only have limited access to incoming mail.

Therefore, all remittances effective immediately should be sent directly to the BNY Mellon lockbox.

The lockbox address is as follows and is also on the remittance form that was updated in January of this year:
