The Community Compact Program is a voluntary, mutual agreement entered into between the Administration and individual cities and towns. In a Community Compact, a community agrees to implement at least one best practice that they select from across a variety of areas, with several connecting to economic development. For example, aligning land use regulations, especially zoning, capital investments, and other municipal actions with housing development, economic development, master, land use priority or other plans for future growth - promoting development and reuse of previously developed sites.

Last Mile Program

Funding for eligible towns for municipally-owned broadband networks. Towns can use these grants for design, engineering and construction services.

Massachusetts Downtown Initiative (MDI)

MDI Offers a range of services and assistance to communities seeking help on how to revitalize their downtowns.

Seaport Economic Council Grants
