This project will connect guardians who are at any phase of the Guardianship of a Minor court process with Kinship Navigator staff. The goal is to ensure that after a family addresses the legal issues in court, they will receive information about resources such as financial assistance, school and childcare issues, mental health services, and individual supports.

Virtual Kinship Navigator Program
- Is open for intakes from 9:00am – 12:00pm, Monday through Friday, for caregivers who are seeking assistance with the Guardianship of Minor.
- Screen caregivers for eligibility for Kinship Navigator services
- Provides information and services referrals for public assistance and community resources by phone or video
