Northern Essex Community College - Dr. Ibrahim El-Hefni Allied Health & Technology Center

NECC clearly demonstrated a need for a new facility to accommodate increasing student enrollment and to expand the college's nursing and allied health programs which are centered in Lawrence, and among the most popular courses of study at NECC.

The new Dr. Ibrahim El-Hefni Allied Health & Technology Center was built on the site of the former "In-Town Mall" in Lawrence, an abandoned mall/parking structure. The building houses classrooms, healthcare simulation labs for Nursing, EMT, Phlebotomy, and associated health technologies, as well as faculty and administrative offices and a Career Planning and Advising Center.
