Requesting Public Records from MCAD

We respect the people's access to public information and we strive to provide public records in a timely manner to the best of our ability.

We respect the people's access to public information and we strive to provide public records in a timely manner to the best of our ability.

Requests for records relating to an ongoing investigation are limited to the parties involved. However, once a determination has been reached following an investigation, the complaint and disposition may be available to the public. Following a public hearing, the Hearing Decision is also available to the public.

Requesting Public Records

Requests for public records may be made in writing to the Records Access Officer.
