Requests for records relating to an ongoing investigation are limited to the parties involved. However, once a determination has been reached following an investigation, the complaint and disposition may be available to the public. Following a public hearing, the Hearing Decision is also available to the public.

Requesting Public Records

Requests for public records may be made in writing to the Records Access Officer.

Download the MCAD Guidelines on Public Records which reflects the 2017 changes to the law and incorporates the Secretary of the Commonwealth's final regulations.
