The MCAD’s annual reports provide a comprehensive overview of the work of the Commission in its enforcement of the Massachusetts’ anti-discrimination laws. Each report includes key financial details, division and unit highlights, and statistical insights, such as the number and protected class breakdown of complaints filed, training impact data, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) interventions.
Note: the MCAD switched to reporting fiscal years (FY) in 2019. Before 2019, the annual reports covered highlights from the calendar year.
