SMART Competitive Procurement

On Monday November 13, 2017, Eversource, National Grid, and Unitil (the Distribution Companies), in consultation with DOER, released an RFP to procure approximately 100 MW of solar facilities under the SMART program, pursuant to 225 CMR 20.07(3)(a).

SMART Competitive Procurement Results Announced

On January 11, 2018, DOER announced the results of the SMART Competitive Procurement. Base Compensation Rates across all services territories are set based on the results of the procurement. Details on the base rates and the results of the procurement can be found in the document below:
