SORB Victim Services

Our Victim Services Unit (VSU) provides victims with assistance, information and notification as the offender progresses through the registration and classification processes.

The Victim Services Unit is committed to providing compassion and sensitivity to victim survivors in response to the devastating long term effects they experience as a result of sexual violence. In addition to providing victim survivors with information and notification, we assist victims with writing impact statements and also provide support, safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals for resources, as needed.
