The Board of Registration in Medicine’s Consumer Protection Division is responsible for the intake and processing of patient complaints against physicians and acupuncturists. Your complaint will ultimately be reviewed by the Board’s Complaint Committee and you will be notified of their decision. Please ensure that your complaint is complete with all relevant supporting documents and allow time for this review process. The Consumer Protection Division is available to answer any questions you may have relating to the processing of your complaint.
