Transportation Performance

The MassDOT Office of Performance Management and Innovation (OPMI) is chartered to expand performance management and innovative strategies across all MassDOT divisions and departments, and measure and report on progress.

MassDOT's OPMI manages the Commonwealth’s transportation performance management and data driven reporting. Performance is reported by the five divisions: Highway, Aeronautics, Registry of Motor Vehicles, Rail & Transit, and the MBTA.
