Westfield Main Street (Route 20) complete street improvements

Westfield Main Street (Route 20) connects downtown Westfield with residential and commercial areas to the east. This important link is missing sidewalk on the north side of the street between Meadow Street and Delmont Avenue.

As a part of this project, we will evaluate the best way to safely serve the needs of people walking, biking, and using transit along the corridor.

The purpose of this project is to improve pedestrian safety, transit accommodations, and provide connectivity for people walking and biking on existing and planned shared use paths and trails in Westfield, MA.
