The Accelerated Bridge Program (ABP) has reduced the number of bridges in need of repair. This program created thousands of construction jobs.
To complete this program, MassDOT and the Dept. of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) are using innovative techniques. More projects are completed on-time and on-budget, with minimum disruption to people and commerce.
