DBE reevaluation process message
Please be advised that the MassUCP will be mailing each of you a Request for Information (RFI) and Guidance document to commence the DBE reevaluation process. The RFI and Guidance document detail the instructions and provide guidance for the completion of your Personal Narrative and Personal Net Worth submissions. In addition, the cover letter may include a request for additional documents needed from your firm to ensure the MassUCP has up-to-date information. The response to the RFI will be due by May 26, 2026.
All information submitted to the MassUCP in response to any requests must be current as of the date of your submittal, including a DBE Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) and Personal Net Worth form. Please remember that each line on the Personal Net Worth form must be filled in and no lines should be left blank, include a zero or N/A where appropriate.
