Superior Court affirmed Commission's decision to uphold the Town's termination of a police officer, including the Commission's determination that the a last chance agreement was not signed by the Appellant under duress.

The Commission adopted in full the remand decision of an administrative magistrate finding from the Superior Court, that a Middleborough police officer was in fact not singled out for disparately harsh treatment when discharged, as he had been alone in receiving discipline from the list of comparators he provided.
