The Commission allowed the Appellant’s bypass appeal for original appointment as a permanent, full-time firefighter and ordered his reconsideration based on the many procedural flaws in the Everett Fire Department’s review process.
After the parties in this matter reached a global settlement agreement, the Commission allowed, with conditions, a modification of its original decision as it related to additional remedial orders required of the Fire Commission.
