The Commission denied the Appellant’s bypass appeal for firefighter as the Marblehead Fire Department had reasonable justification to bypass him for failing to be forthright about an incident involving damage to a Town-owned boat.
The Commission ordered the placement of a candidate for Sergeant in the City of Lowell, who was bypassed for promotion, to the top of the promotional list given a remand from the Superior Court.
