The Superior Court affirmed the Commission’s decision to allow Human Resources Division’s motion to dismiss a Webster police sergeant’s consolidated appeals of HRD’s denials of his requests for additional training and experience points on four civil service promotional examinations.
The Commission dismissed the appeal of four officers from three municipalities, for two additional training and experience points on their civil service promotional exams; they ruled that that time spent as auxiliary and special police officers could not count toward the two-point experience credit on promotional exams
Bypass appeal allowed. The Appellant's driving history was not shown to be reasonable justification to bypass him for appointment and the evidence shows that his answers to questions posed to him were truthful.
