The Commission dismissed the appeal of a Winthrop Police Officer for two exam credits for 25 years of service given that he submitted no documentation to Human Resources Division demonstrating his days and shifts as a reserve police officer and false claims that alternate candidates had received credit.
The Commission denied the Appellant’s bypass appeal, finding that the Department of Correction had reasonable justification to bypass him for original appointment to the position of correction officer because of his prior misconduct
