The Commission affirmed the discharge of a police lieutenant employed by the town of Holden after finding evidence of sexual harassment and that he viewed pornographic content on a police department issued cell phone while on duty, among other incidents.
The Commission allowed the original bypass appeals from four candidates for appointment to the Boston Police Department whose offers had been rescinded as the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee had changed the requirements midway through the hiring process for these candidates.
