The Commission dismissed the appeal of an interim Northampton water treatment plant operator who was demoted to his tenured position as laborer had his appeal dismissed by the Commission as he failed to file within ten days of Northampton notifying him of his demotion.
Bypass appeal denied. The Appellant's prior misconduct and failure to complete all questions on the application as instructed provided DOC with reasonable justification to bypass the Appellant for the position of Correction Officer I (CO I).
