E&E Examination appeal related to Fire Captain examination denied. Appellant could not show that he submitted E&E claim to HRD in a timely manner.

Discipline appeal denied. The Lowell Housing Authority has shown that the Appellant engaged in insubordination and that his long history of prior discipline justified his termination.

The Commission dismissed the Appellant’s appeal related to the scoring of the education, certifications, training/licenses and experience (ECT&E) component was dismissed as t is not disputed that the Appellant now has received all ECT&E credits he was due.
