What is the Leadership Academy? 

DCR’s Leadership Academy is a professional development, training, and networking opportunity to connect with DCR's mission, foster leadership and collaboration, and learn from each other. Leadership Academy is open to all DCR employees. 

Welcome Keynote Angela Hanscom! 

Angie is a pediatric occupational therapist and founder of TimberNook.  She talks about how outdoor play makes for strong, confident, and capable children. What started in her local community, has turned into an amazing journey that is making a difference in communities across the world.

The DoubleTree Hotel, 99 Erdman Way, Leominster, MA will host this year's event.  Advanced registration is required. The full-day conference will be capped at 300 registrants.

In an effort to make the most of the day, this year, lunch will be provided to all participants. A special presentation will be made during a portion of the lunch break.
