Order of Dismissal
The Petitioner appealed the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System’s (MTRS) denial of her request to purchase prior creditable service. MTRS found that she worked as a Speech/Language Therapist and did not “teach pupils” under G.L. c. 32, § 4(1)(p). I issued an order to show cause asking the Petitioner to respond by November 28, 2025. I indicated the matter would be dismissed if she failed to provide a valid explanation. No response was received by the deadline.
Accordingly, it is hereby ordered the appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
