KOZIOL, J. Raising multiple claims of error,1 the employee appeals from a decision finding he sustained work-related injuries on May 10, 1992 and October 13, 1992, (Dec. 11-13), but denying and dismissing his claims for § 30 medical benefits, § 34A permanent and total incapacity benefits from January 1, 2010, and continuing, and an adjustment in the rate of compensation pursuant to § 35B. Only one of the alleged claims of error requires us to vacate the decision and recommit the case to the administrative judge.
