Order of Dismissal

The Petitioner appealed the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System’s calculation of her regular compensation. DALA issued an order to show cause because the Petitioner failed to file a prehearing memorandum by September 13, 2024. DALA instructed the Petitioner to respond by December 17, 2025 and indicated the matter would be dismissed if she failed to provide a valid explanation. No response was received by the deadline.

Accordingly, it is hereby ordered the appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
