Order of Dismissal
Petitioner Jean Carroll appeals from the Boston Retirement System’s determination regarding the refund amount of her retirement contributions associated with her unused personal leave buyback. On June 20, 2025, I sent her an order to show cause why her appeal should not be dismissed due to her failure to submit a memorandum by August 9, 2024 as ordered. I gave her until July 25, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
