Order of Dismissal

On April 30, 2026 Respondent sent a status report indicating that it had reconsidered and approved Petitioner’s application for Group 2 classification. Therefore, it seems that the appeal has been resolved.

Accordingly, because the matter appears to be moot, I am issuing this order of conditional dismissal. 803 CMR § 1.01 (7)(g)3.  The dismissal will become final on June 8, 2026unless Ms. Carucci files a request to keep the appeal open and states what issues remain to be resolved.  If she agrees that the appeal has been resolved, she need not take any action.
