Order of Dismissal
Petitioner Lynn Clark appeals from the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System’s determination that she had excess earnings under G.L. c. 32, § 91(b) for the years 2007 through 2019 and is required to refund the over-earnings to the Retirement System . On September 22, 2025, I sent her an order to show cause why her appeal should not be dismissed due to her failure to submit a prehearing memorandum by April 25, 2025 as ordered. I gave her until October 24, 2025 to respond. No response was received.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
