Order of Dismissal
The respondent, State Board of Retirement, revised its decision in this matter in a way that addresses the petitioner’s claims. I issued an Order to Show Cause to the parties and to the beneficiary identified in the Board’s initial decision requiring any objections to the appeal’s dismissal to be filed by September 19, 2025. No one filed a response to the Order.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as moot. 801 C.M.R. § 1.01(7)(g)(3).
