Order of Dismissal
Ms. Cormier-Yutkins appealed a decision of MTRS denying her request to purchase creditable service for a time she worked at Salem State College. On July 3, 2025, she emailed MTRS counsel that “I will cancel this order because I cannot get a pay stub from Salem State College.” I emailed her a few days later inquiring whether she meant to withdraw her appeal. She did not reply. I assume that means she has no intention of proceeding with her appeal. I therefore dismiss her appeal for failure to prosecute. 801 CMR 1.01(7)(g)3.
